We designed this project in two stages for the convenience of the builders. Stage 1 was the undergrouding of overhead assets. This was required to clear the frontage of the development site, to allow easy access for large vehicles during construction. Stage 2 was establishment of two padmount substations to supply the property once construction had been completed.
