The area available for this project was quite limited, so there was no room for a substation to supply power. Simplex Engineering was able to design a direct distributor to the main switchboard to supply the load required for the property, from the substation next door. By avoiding a substation, the developer was able to save on construction costs, and more importantly for the developer - space.
